Analyst Susan Anderson boosted her rating on Foot Locker (ticker: FL) to Buy from Neutral, and raised her price target to $58 from $39. She’s optimistic that consumers will spend their stimulus at the store and admires its tight inventory control and its stake in sneaker resale site GOAT. She argues that consensus estimates for the stock are too low.
While many consumers have already received the second $600 round of stimulus, she notes that there’s a good chance it will increase to $2,000 following the blue wave that handed Democrats the presidency and control of both chambers of Congress.

Attorney General John Quigley has announced the appointment of high profile Senior Counsel, Carmel Barbagallo, as a judge of the District Court.
Ms Barbagallo has 25 years’ legal experience commencing in general practice in regional Queensland before taking on a variety of roles in the ACT, Victoria and Western Australia.
Highly regarded in legal circles, she has spent many years managing and conducting the most demanding, complex and important criminal prosecutions in the State.

LAKE TAHOE, Nev. - There has been a change in command at Tahoe Douglas Fire Protection District (TDFPD). Chief Gregory Scott Baker has retired and passed the department flag to new Chief Scott Lindgren during a small ceremony Wednesday.
The passing of the department flag symbolizing the leadership change. The ceremony also included the pinning of Chief Lindgren whose daughter had the duty.
Baker has been with TDFPD since 2016, joining them after his retirement from Reno Fire where he served over 20 years. Baker also served in the Nevada Air National Guard for over 27 years in various positions - Mission Commander, Detachment Commander, Flight Lead, Safety Investigation Board President, Flight Commander, and Senior Navigator and served a tour in Iraq.
